- Ingredients
- 4 Four Quarter lamb chops
- 1/2 cup thyme, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
- olive oil
- Chimchurri
- 1/4 cup parsley finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 lemon zest
- rosemary
- Salt
- 1 tsp White Pepper
- Methods
- Preheat your grill .
- To prepare the lamb, season with salt, pepper, thyme & olive oil.
- Place the chops on the grill for 5 minutes or so, turning them every minute or so.
- To make the Chimchurri mix all the ingredients together.
